Terms of Service

Welcome to A-Length Hair Extensions. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at a-length.com (the “Site”) and any related services, including purchases, account creation, and participation in our Ambassador and Distributor programs. By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms — please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a legally binding contract to use our Site or place an order. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features (order tracking, saved addresses, Ambassador or Distributor pricing). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@a-length.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Products & Pricing

We offer premium hair extensions in three pricing tiers:

• Hair Stylist (B2C): retail pricing, available to all customers.
• Ambassador (B2B): 20% off retail, available to approved salons and licensed beauty professionals.
• Distributor (Reseller): 35% off retail, for approved wholesale partners.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax and shipping. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Ambassador and Distributor pricing requires application approval.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order you make us an offer to purchase the products at the listed price. The order is accepted only when we send a shipping confirmation. Payment is collected at checkout via secure third-party processors. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

5. Shipping & Returns

Shipping options, delivery times, and our return process are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before placing an order. For hygienic reasons, hair extensions can only be returned if the original packaging seal is unbroken.

6. Ambassador & Distributor Programs

Participation requires application approval. Approved partners agree to (i) maintain a valid business license, (ii) sell A-Length products at or above any minimum advertised price we publish, (iii) not misrepresent products or our brand, and (iv) report any client complaints promptly. We may revoke partner status for any breach of these conditions, in our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the A-Length name, logo, product photography, copy, and design elements — is owned by A-Length or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent. Approved Ambassadors and Distributors receive a limited licence to use approved marketing assets we provide.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site or attempt to gain unauthorised access; (c) submit false or misleading information; (d) infringe on others’ rights; or (e) collect personal information about other users without their consent.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, A-Length is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Material changes affecting your rights will be highlighted on the Site or sent to you by email. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
