We want every A-Length package to arrive quickly, safely, and exactly as you imagined. Below is a complete summary of how we ship, how returns work, and what to do if anything isn’t perfect.

Shipping

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on US holidays ship the next business day. Custom orders and large wholesale orders may take 2–5 additional business days to prepare.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $7.95 — FREE on orders over $150.
  • Expedited Shipping (2 business days): $14.95.
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $29.95 (order before 1:00 PM EST).

International Shipping

We ship to Canada, the UK, the EU, and Australia. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight, and typically range from $25 to $80. Delivery takes 7–14 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track any order from your My Account dashboard.

Returns & Exchanges

Our 14-Day Promise

If your hair extensions arrive and aren’t quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange — provided the original protective seal on the package is unbroken. For hygienic and health reasons, opened packages cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email sales@a-length.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item in its original sealed packaging and drop it off at any UPS or USPS location.
  4. Once received and inspected (1–2 business days), we’ll process your refund or ship the replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product). Bank processing times may add 2–3 days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Need a different colour or length? We’re happy to exchange any unopened item within the 14-day window. Exchanges ship out the same day we receive your return — no extra shipping cost on exchanges within the U.S.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you discover a manufacturing defect, please email a photo to sales@a-length.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or full refund right away — no return shipping required.

Wholesale Orders (Ambassador & Distributor)

Wholesale orders ship via UPS Ground at carrier-calculated rates. Orders over $1,000 qualify for free domestic shipping. Returns on wholesale orders are reviewed individually — please contact your dedicated account manager.
